Requesting exemptions from travel restrictions
The Department’s COVID mini site has been updated with operational information on requests for travel exemption applications lodged before 17 July 2020 through the new portal.
Applicants who submitted an application before 17 July 2020 and have not heard back about the application are requested to submit another application and the Department will contact them about the application.
All requests for travel exemptions must be made through this portal, which has been recently updated.
